RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shubam Sarees, we take great care to ensure every saree reaches you in perfect condition. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We do NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
All purchases made on our website are FINAL.
Every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no damages or defects.
The saree delivered will be the exact same piece shown in our product videos. Our videos are unedited and intended to represent colours and details as accurately as possible.
However, slight colour variations may occur due to:
• phone screen settings
• display variations
• lighting conditions
These WILL NOT be considered defects.

IMPORTANT – UNBOXING REQUIREMENT
In rare and genuine cases, if there appears to be a concern with the product, the request may be reviewed ONLY IF a complete unboxing video is recorded and shared.
The video must:
• be recorded from BEFORE opening the package
• clearly show the ENTIRE unboxing process
• include the FULL saree being unfolded and displayed, along with the concern, if any
WITHOUT a complete unboxing video, NO requests will be considered.
All such cases will be reviewed at our sole discretion, and if deemed valid, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

2. PRODUCT NATURE & EXPECTATIONS
Our sarees are powerloom sarees inspired by traditional handloom designs.
They are NOT pure silk or handloom sarees, and we are transparent about this.
Our aim is to offer the look and feel of traditional silk sarees at an accessible price point.

3. NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS (NOT DEFECTS)
The following are NORMAL and EXPECTED and WILL NOT be considered defects or reasons for return/exchange:
• small thread loops or knots
• zari threads visible on the reverse side of motifs
• colour blending/merging at body, pallu, or blouse joins
These are part of the natural structure of the weaving and design process.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
• NO cancellations are allowed once an order is placed
• Applies to both regular orders and pre-orders

5. ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Orders will be shipped to the address and contact details provided at checkout.
• Customers are SOLELY responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including a valid contact number
• We do NOT take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information
Please note:
• Providing an international contact number for a domestic delivery may lead to delays or failed delivery attempts
• In such cases, updates after dispatch may NOT always be possible
Any re-shipping, correction, or additional delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

6. PAYMENT & ORDER TYPES
All orders are PREPAID ONLINE ORDERS ONLY.
We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
PRE-ORDERS
Some products are available on PRE-ORDER and will show a “Pre-Order” button instead of “Add to Cart”.
• Orders are placed after accepting all terms and policies
• An approximate dispatch timeline will be mentioned
Please note:
• The timeline is an ESTIMATE, NOT a guaranteed date
• Dispatch may happen EARLIER or LATER depending on production
This is due to:
• dyeing
• weaving
• unit availability
• production cycles
Pre-orders are dispatched strictly in order number sequence.
Seeing other orders being packed does NOT reflect your order status.
If you need delivery for a specific date or function, choose READY-TO-SHIP products instead.
Pre-orders CANNOT be cancelled, refunded, or modified once placed.
