• Many of our sarees are produced in limited quantities as part of small batches.
• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
• In very rare situations, the last available piece may be purchased simultaneously by more than one customer. In such cases, if the product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, our team will inform you at the earliest and, wherever possible, assist with an alternative option.
2. Pricing & Currency
• All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
• While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may rarely occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the price and inform the customer before processing the order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (India)
• We ship across India.
• Shipping within India is charged at a flat rate of ₹100 per order.
• Ready-to-ship sarees are usually dispatched at the earliest. However, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary depending on order volume or stock availability.
• Orders are typically delivered within 2–15 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
• If an order contains multiple sarees and some are readily available while others are not, the available sarees may be shipped first, with the remaining items sent separately once they are ready to dispatch.
International Shipping
• We offer worldwide shipping.
• International shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the package and destination. The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery timeline will be automatically calculated at checkout once the shipping address is entered.
• Customers are requested to check the shipping cost and delivery estimate at checkout before placing the order.
• For international orders containing multiple sarees, all items will be shipped together once the complete order is ready, to avoid significantly higher courier charges.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges as per the regulations of the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
General Delivery Information
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier service. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
• We reserve the right to accept or decline an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

• Issues identified by our fraud prevention systems

5. No Exchange, Return, or Refund
- We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
- Every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no damages or defects.
- The saree delivered will be the exact same piece shown in our product videos. Our videos are unedited and intended to represent the saree’s colours and details as accurately as possible.
- However, slight colour variations may occur depending on the customer’s phone screen, device display settings, or lighting conditions. Such variations are normal and will not be considered defects.
- Our sarees are powerloom sarees inspired by traditional handloom designs. They are not pure silk or handloom sarees, and we are transparent about this. Our intention is to offer sarees that recreate the look and feel of traditional silk sarees at an affordable price.
- Certain characteristics are normal and expected in these sarees and will not be considered defects or reasons for exchange or return, including but not limited to:
• small thread loops or thread knots on the saree body
• zari threads visible on the reverse side of certain motifs or buttas
• colour merging where the saree body joins the contrast pallu or blouse portion
- These characteristics are common in such designs and weaving styles and are part of the saree’s natural structure.
- Customers are requested to review the product videos carefully before placing an order. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these product characteristics and store policies.
- Store policies remain the same for all customers and will not be altered under any circumstances.
6. Exceptional Cases- In rare cases, we may consider an exchange if:
- You provide a clear unboxing video showing a defect at the time of opening the package.
- The issue is found to be genuine upon review.
7. Pre-Order Policy
Certain sarees on our website are offered on a preorder basis. The delivery timelines mentioned are approximate and may vary. This is because each saree goes through multiple stages of production — including dyeing, loom setup, weaving, processing, finishing, and tassels — before it is ready for dispatch.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The delivery date is indicative and not a guarantee.
• Delays may occur due to production or finishing processes beyond our control.
• Preorders are confirmed orders and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
8. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

- While we ensure that our videos accurately depict each saree, slight color variations may occur due to different screen resolutions or lighting conditions.
11. Wash Care Instructions
- First wash: Dry clean only. Inform the dry cleaner not to starch the saree, as starching makes the fabric stiff and affects its softness.
- Subsequent washes : Hand wash separately in a bucket of water using a mild shampoo.
- Dry in shade to maintain the saree’s softness and color.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content on our Website, including text, images, videos, voice, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Shubam Sarees and is protected by intellectual property laws.
